Job summary

Brendan House in Kalispell, MT is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Nurse to provide individualized nursing care in a 110-bed skilled nursing community.

You will respond to overnight changes, implement orders, and coordinate care with a collaborative team to ensure resident safety and comfort. The role offers competitive RN pay, shift differentials, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license (or compact license) required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassion for geriatric and medically complex residents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to changes in resident conditions overnight.
• Implement provider orders and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ physical and mental status.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and resident safety.
• Anticipate care needs and coordinate timely interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the night shift care team to ensure seamless resident care.

What You’ll Do

As a Night Shift Nurse, you will:

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts)

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
