ERC Pathlight is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team. This role provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care within our system, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to maintain a therapeutic milieu for all patients.

The RN may work on-call shifts based on business needs in accordance with applicable laws. The position requires an active RN license in the state, BLS certification, and strong communication and calmness under pressure to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in state of practice (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (Required).
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy (Required).

Responsabilités

• Provide a full range of nursing care per the patient’s treatment plan.
• Conduct initial intake assessments and discharge education.
• Administer medications and document corresponding orders.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing.
• Document care in the EMR and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs/LVNs and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Assist in emergency responses until EMS arrives.
