Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of quality patient care on Medical/Surgical 7th Floor.
• Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide and document care.
• Communicate pertinent information to the health care team and families.
• Participate in identifying and solving variances from patient goals and ensure follow-up actions.
