Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Haven is seeking a dedicated RN for the Night shift on the Medical-Surgical Unit. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week, 7 PM to 7 AM, in a small community hospital setting where compassionate, patient-centered care is valued.

Responsibilities include data collection, care plan implementation, family collaboration, and progress documentation. Growth opportunities exist within Trinity Health’s network and mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive patient data.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Evaluate and document patient progress with care and precision.
