Mercy is seeking an RN for the Medical Stepdown unit on the night shift (7:00pm–7:30am). The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with other departments to coordinate care.

Education includes an RN with an Associate's, Diploma, or BSN, and an active RN license; BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualificações

• RN with current license in the hiring state.
• Education must be an RN degree (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for delivery of patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Performs duties aligned with Mercy Service Standards.
