Job summary

1910 Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift care in Massachusetts.

The role includes 7:00pm-7:30am schedules with rotating weekends and holidays, delivering nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will direct and coordinate all nursing care per standard practices while collaborating with other disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• BLS certification required
• Med/Surg experience preferred
• Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required
• Additional unit-specific education and experience requirements are outlined in the Addendum for each unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and to achieve desired patient outcomes.
