Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time, night-shift role at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA. The RN will deliver patient care using the full nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates will hold MA RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred). Med/Surg experience is a plus as we strive for exceptional care and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Med/Surg experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• RN licensure in Massachusetts required

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
• Report to the Nurse Manager/Director and operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
