Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• RN licensure by the SC Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• AHA/Red Cross BLS certification required.
• Telemetry monitoring proficiency and accurate documentation in Epic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor telemetry for cardiac abnormalities.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Manage patients with medical-surgical and post-operative needs.
• Document all nursing care, patient responses, and bedside shift reports in Epic.
