Job summary

Tryfacta, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Medical-Surgical/Telemetry contract in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The night shift runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with competitive hourly pay.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor rhythms, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required.
• ASN degree required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• 2 years nursing experience preferred; telemetry/telemetry exposure valued.
• Ability to pass cardiac dysrhythmia assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications per provider orders.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to other units or hospitals as needed.
• Work nights, with every other weekend and holidays.
