Legacy Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Med/Surg Telemetry in Cleveland, Ohio. This night-shift role runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with three 12-hour shifts per week, offering competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to outstanding patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience.
• Current Ohio RN License or Compact State RN License in hand.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience or military RN experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning and care needs.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers to deliver a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience.
