Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and coordinate with the team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and timely documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Communicate effectively and support team delegation.
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain certifications.
• Adhere to ethics and interprofessional collaboration.
• Delegate appropriately and document care in EHR.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
