Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
RN license in NH (state license) required.
BLS required; ACLS, NRP, and PALS preferred.
Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year (entry level).
Knowledge of medical terminology and confidentiality; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
