Job summary

Lake Huron Medical Center in Port Huron, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe patient care on the Medical/Surgical Unit using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while coordinating with the physician team.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with ventilator management and acute care experience preferred. This full-time night-shift position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct patient/family teaching and guide other nursing staff while maintaining standards of care.
