Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our team for the full-time night shift (7:00 pm - 7:00 am). The ideal candidate is a graduate of a nursing program with a current Georgia RN (or NLC/eNLC) license and BLS certification. New graduates are eligible to apply; Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certification in specialty area may apply.
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Operate within organizational policies and procedures and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
