Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking an experienced RN to deliver high-quality nursing care across the lifecycle, coordinating patient care and communicating effectively with the team. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Georgia state RN licensure, and 1 year of hospital experience; bachelor's degree preferred.

A comprehensive set of certifications will be pursued as needed. Full-time, on-site shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
