Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg 5E at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, working on a medical unit with diverse diagnoses and strong teamwork. Applicants should be graduate nurses with an active Missouri RN license (or compact licensure) and BLS certification, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, diploma or BSN.
• Must hold and maintain a Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• Certification: BLS required or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred; additional licensure or specialty certs are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by others and coordinates care with other departments.
• Upholds patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with Mercy standards.
