Ochsner Health seeks a nurse leader to deliver care using the nursing process and collaborate with diverse teams. You will delegate, teach, and ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding compliance and patient privacy.

Required RN license with BLS; BSN preferred. You will engage in ongoing education, adapt care to diverse populations, and support department goals within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and teaches patients and families.
• Leads and delegates within the nursing team and interdisciplinary partners.
• Uses data to evaluate care and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports patient satisfaction and employee morale improvements.
• Adapts communication and care to diverse patient populations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
