AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS as applicable, and a commitment to infection control and patient-centered care. This is a part-time PRN position offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for

Formación

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
