Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• BSN degree or completion within 3 years is strongly preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care plans with patients and designated care partners.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Follow established nursing practices to minimize risk and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to coordinate care.
• Participate in discharge planning and follow-up arrangements.
