Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in Livonia, MI, seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts) with weekend rotation and holiday commitment. The unit focuses on oncology and comfort care with telemetry-capable Medical-Surgical beds and chemotherapy delivery.

RN licensure in MI and BLS are required; BSN preferred with commitment to obtain BSN within five years. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, retirement

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associates degree in Nursing required. BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
BLS required.
Previous medical surgical experience preferred.
Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe.
Responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to the other health care team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.
