Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• All required nursing licenses/certifications must be current at hire.
• RN licensure in SC/compact state preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team.
• Document patient status, treatment plans, and outcomes according to hospital policy.
• Promote patient and family education, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Support shared governance and mentor junior staff and peers.
