Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Registered Nurse credentials as applicable.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to coordinate care for a group of patients.
• Collaborates with the Multidisciplinary Team to coordinate patient care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and serves as a clinical resource for new staff.
• Demonstrates leadership within the unit or department.
