Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Experience in clinical nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with health care teams and patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Continuously evaluates patient progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes health and creates a safe patient environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
