Job summary

You will apply the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care. Qualifications

• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates care effectiveness by direct care givers and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality per Mercy standards.
