Qualifications

• Washington RN license required; BSN preferred; BLS certification required.
• Graduate nurse residency or 6 months' RN experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead teams.
• Proficient in electronic documentation and order-entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and directs workflow on the unit.
• Assigns staff based on acuity and patient needs.
• Mentors float and agency staff on unit policies.
• Leads by example and serves as clinical resource.
