Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team. The role supports all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

The RN may serve as charge nurse on the night shift and requires an unencumbered RN license; new graduates are welcome. Excellent health, dental and vision insurance are included, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the State Board where practice occurs.
• Multistate licensure (NLC) may apply in your state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care.
• Collaborates with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment and education.
• May serve as charge nurse on night shift and delegate tasks as appropriate.
