Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care during night shifts as part of a full-time team. The RN will collaborate with residents and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team to plan and evaluate care across all phases of treatment.

The role requires an RN license with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Weekend night shifts are included, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and robust health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program with RN license.
• Current RN license in the state where practice occurs or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Ongoing professional development and competency maintenance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate and ensure safety and quality care.
