Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role at our Pipestone, MN facility. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license and may work night shifts with a 24-hour weekly schedule. We offer competitive benefits, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or possess multi-state licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident, family and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide resident education and various nursing interventions.
