Good Samaritan in Pipestone, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.

The LPN will administer medications, contribute to care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring safety and confidentiality. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a full-time schedule and a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
