Job summary

Good Samaritan Pine River is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN will work 12-hour night shifts (Fri–Sun, 6pm–6am) in a full-time schedule, with advancement opportunities and a robust benefits package. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if in an NLC state; maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team; may serve as charge nurse.
