Job summary

Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking an RN or LPN to provide high-quality care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care areas. The night shift runs from 11:00pm to 7:00am, with a focus on safety, comfort and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
