Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for 24 hours/week on the 7pm-7am night shift in the 2BCE Intermediate PCU unit. Licensed RNs or LPNs with BLS and ACLS (within 6 months) are eligible. Sign-on bonus eligible for experienced applicants; self-scheduling available; benefit eligible.

Join a 34-bed progressive care unit with 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratios and a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license required.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and coworkers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support the 34-bed PCU unit with progressive care requirements.
