Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pipestone, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night shifts (12 hours) to join our nursing team. You will provide individualized patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare colleagues, and support care coordination.

Candidates should graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and may have multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred, including a Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and maintains required competencies and certifications.
• Multistate licensure may be applicable if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
