Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized care using the nursing process across resident populations. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care in a night-shift setting.

Responsibilities include assessing, educating and coordinating care, potentially serving as charge nurse and delegating tasks while adhering to standards of practice and ethics. Strong nursing education and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate competency across age and population needs.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
