Job summary

Golden Age - Inman, located in Inman, South Carolina, is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a part-time night shift (7pm–7am). You will administer medications, monitor and document residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain health, comfort, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN or LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate provider.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, treatments, and clinical interventions.
• Accurately complete nursing documentation and maintain resident medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, and safety are maintained at all times.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
