BARBERTON in is seeking Night shift RN/LPN to provide high-quality resident care in a healthcare facility. Shifts available include 11 PM-7 AM and 7 PM-7 AM, offering a $2.00 shift differential and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following physician orders, updating care plans, and coordinating with the nursing team to ensure safety and quality of care for residents.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Current RN or LVN/LPN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate plans of care with residents and families.
• Maintain nursing practice standards and chart notes.
• Provide resident care including medication and treatments.
• Observe wounds and report progress to physicians.
• Assist with care plans and coordinate with physicians.
• Participate in staff training and facility surveys.
