Tacoma Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night Shift (NOC) team in Washington. You will provide resident-centered care, perform assessments, and administer medications while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Able to work independently overnight and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents during the overnight shift.
• Complete assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate with providers as needed.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Document resident care in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for every resident.
