Job summary

Twin Rivers Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring for night-shift RNs/LVNs to supervise CNAs and implement physician orders for residents. The role emphasizes nursing process, care plan development, and coordinated therapy alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RN with valid state license and at least 1 year nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program; active licensure required.
• LVN/LPN with 2 years related experience and good standing in state registry.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess resident care plans, interventions, and outcomes.
• Lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans and assign qualified staff.
• Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and tests per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with therapy; ensure supplies are used efficiently and safely.
• Record observations, respond to emergencies, and maintain compliance with regulations.
