Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medications and treatments administered according to orders.
• Supports resident choices within safety/dignity limits and follows facility policies.
• Assigns duties to CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Contributes to development/modification of individual service plans.
• Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation.
• Demonstrates good judgment and nursing skills.
