Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Grayville, Illinois. The role offers consistent scheduling and competitive pay between $40.00 and $45.00 per hour, with opportunities to impact patient care and team collaboration.

As an Illinois-licensed RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing / long-term care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts.
