Jackson County Medical Care Facility is a 194-bed Eden Alt certified home where residents and families participate in care decisions, offering a supportive home environment. RN staff provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care aligned with regulations.

Shifts available include B-Shift 12 hours (6pm-6:15am) with a pay range of $41.73–$52.46 per hour. Comprehensive benefits and a pension plan after 8 years are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan is required.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local standards and regulations.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise Certified Nurse Assistants to uphold standards.
• Ensure care is delivered per regulations and guidelines.
