• Training or experience in chemotherapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process per standards.
• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with multidisciplinary inputs.
• Ensure patient safety, medication administration, and discharge education.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
