Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of recent RN experience in an acute or sub-acute facility.
• Current California RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate as required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and contributes to the individualized plan of care reflecting assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
• Ensures plan includes multidisciplinary planning, education, and timely communication with patient and family.
• Maintains accurate nursing documentation and uses systems efficiently for patient care.
• Promotes patient safety, discharge planning, and optimal pain control.
