Qualifications

• Graduate of RN program is required.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS due within 90 days; NRP acquire within 90 for inexperienced RN or at hire for obstetrics RN.

• Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth needs of the patient.
• Develop a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implement nursing care plan.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in coordinating patient care.
