Paycom - ATS in Walla Walla, WA is seeking an experienced RN/LPN (NOC Shift) for a Full-Time/PRN on-call position. Level: Experienced, Education: 2 Year Degree, Salary: $42.00-$45.00 hourly. Department: Nursing Services. Reports to: Director of Nursing.

The role may provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise NOC staff, administer medications, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Graveyard shift, full-time with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing is strongly preferred.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Transcribe physician orders and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate admission, discharge and transfers and participate in care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
• Promote infection control and safety throughout the unit.
