Job summary

Luther Wood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro, PA is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. As an RN, you will supervise nursing assistants, provide individualized care per each resident’s plan, assist with admissions, transfers and discharges, and administer medications as ordered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and detect deviations from normal.
