The RN will administer medications, educate patients and families, collaborate with the health care team, and contribute to safe, high-quality care in a setting that values lifelong learning and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed RN in Mississippi.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Proficient with computer systems and clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop the plan of care.
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide patient and family health teaching/education.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve health care delivery.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and support lifelong learning.
• Complete assigned goals.
