Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery on the night shift. The role requires call and cross-training into postpartum, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for qualified candidates.

Full-time nights offer three 12-hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are provided in a busy Level II perinatal unit serving the Charlottesville area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care RN experience in Women's health preferred.
• Experience in charge roles preferred.
• Labor and Delivery specific experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to Labor & Delivery patients during night shifts.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, respond to emergent situations, document findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality perinatal care.
