Job summary

Enterprise Medical Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery for Hyannis, MA. This 13-week contract offers night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a pay rate of $3,000–$3,200 per week.

Experience in OB/L&D within last 2 years preferred; BSN preferred; MA RN license and BLS/ACLS/NRP required. Responsibilities include providing nursing care to L&D patients, planning and evaluating care, maintaining records, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Massachusetts RN License.
• BLS, ACLS & NRP certifications required.
• Recent OB/Labor & Delivery experience within the past 2 years required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and communicate patient information to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities when required.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills.
