Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for Labor and Delivery coverage in Prestonsburg, KY for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 2 years of current L&D experience, active RN license, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP) with Meditech EMR proficiency.

You may float within scope and work every other weekend; block scheduling must be observed. Responsibilities include care across L&D, Post Partum, and Nursery, with an 84-hour biweekly schedule and travel-distance restrictions.

Qualifications

• Current Labor and Delivery nursing experience (2+ years) in a level 1 acute setting.
• Active RN license (state or compact).
• BLS, ACLS, NRP; Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
• Willingness to float within scope of practice and work every other weekend.
• Travelers must live at least 75 miles away from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Work in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery settings.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation and orders.
• Maintain a scheduling pattern of 84 hours per two-week pay period.
• Complete background check and provide references and certifications.
